An Evening of Smooth Jazz: 22nd Annual Music Series
BMRW Promotions is pleased to announce its 22nd annual music series, An Evening of Smooth Jazz, will be held at the recently renovated Waverly High School Auditorium in Lansing, MI. This highly anticipated “music in the community” event will take place at 7:30 pm on Friday, July 31, 2026.

Since its founding in 2005, BMRW Promotions vision is to present world-class music events within the local community and to provide a place for artistic expression and a platform for the community to experience high-quality, engaging musical entertainment, especially smooth jazz. The organization has introduced audiences to the smooth jazz genre while offering valuable opportunities for artists at every level—local, regional, national, and international—to showcase their talent. Event Location
Waverly High School’s Auditorium located at 160 Snow Road in Lansing, underwent extensive renovations and officially reopened Spring 2025. Enhancements include advanced LED lighting, a sophisticated sound system, digital controls, wireless technology, and improved acoustics and stage rigging. A district bond measure funded the upgrades to support greater safety, modern learning environments, and STEM initiatives, ensuring the venue is ideally suited for distinguished performances and community gatherings.
